Marketing Executive

A well established and growing professional Services business are now seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Generalist to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital and traditional marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and campaign management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand presence across various platforms and working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am - 05:00pm with flexible hybrid working.

Your new role:
As Marketing Generalist your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Maintain and enhance brand messaging and corporate identity across all platforms.
* Work closely with senior leadership to establish marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
* Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines, Content Creation & Digital Marketing
* Oversee website content management (updates, SEO, blogs, product photos and multimedia integration).
* Create and manage engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Produce graphic design, photography, and videography content using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
* Analyse social media performance metrics and refine content strategies accordingly.
* Plan and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement.
* Act as a key contact for external PR agencies, managing press releases and media relations.
* Identify and secure opportunities for media coverage and case studies.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and executive teams to align marketing efforts.
* Manage internal communication channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

What You Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this position you should have:
* Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Rush), Canva, and WordPress.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for branding and campaigns.
* Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
* Event planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
* Experience managing external creative agencies and freelancers.
* Knowledge of marketing automation tools, AI software and CRM platforms.
* Experience with video production and multimedia marketing.
