Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Southampton (SO14 / Onsite)

Salary: £30-35k per annum

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client-focused multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Research and communicate market trends and client feedback
• Collaborate with partners to challenge, develop, and implement strategic client retention initiatives.
• Assist in organising and executing events, including client webinars and networking opportunities.
• Produce and optimise high-quality, engaging content, including reports, newsletters, case studies, and sector insights.
• Create and send targeted marketing e-communications
• Assist in updating social media
• Implement internal marketing initiatives

Person Specification

• A degree or CIM qualification is desirable.
• Over two years of experience in a similar marketing or client-focused role.
• Skilled in influencing, challenging, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive client-focused initiatives.
• Effective communicator, confident in presenting and engaging with clients.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, with experience in managing databases, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, focusing on client retention and engagement.
