Job Description - Marketing executive

Marketing Executive
?? Chorley | ?? £28,000 – £35,000 DOE | ?? Full-Time | ?? Represented by Axon Moore
Axon Moore is delighted to be working with a successful and fast-growing business based in Chorley to recruit a creative and driven Marketing Executive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to broaden their skillset in a varied and hands-on role, where your ideas and input will directly shape the company’s brand and campaigns.
?? Key Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Create compelling content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and printed materials
Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Assist with website updates, SEO, and CRO in collaboration with web and digital teams
Support in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches
Work with external partners (designers, agencies, printers) to bring campaigns to life
Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to inform future strategy

?? What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
Strong writing and communication skills, with a flair for content creation
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (email, social, SEO, paid)
Confident using marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

? Desirable Experience

Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing
Basic design or video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut)
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
