I am seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance my client's promotional and marketing strategies. Working within a team of 4 and reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is crucial for delivering competitive advantage through effective campaign management and collaboration with various teams and external agencies.
Day-to-day of the role:
Support the rollout of media plans and activities with relevant trade and industry press, aligning with overall campaign objectives.
Liaise with marketing, advertising, PR, and design agencies to create and deliver promotional materials and literature that are aligned with strategy, budget, and timelines.
Develop digital content that supports or leads campaign objectives.
Implement promotional programmes to support tactical initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and effective use of measurement tools.
Assist in providing market and customer insights to help inform business process development.
Collaborate with sales teams to support tactical ‘push’ plans.
Work with customers to strengthen campaign presence in the wider market, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and available campaign materials.
Liaise with trade bodies and associations to ensure compliance and maximise membership benefits through all relevant channels.
Support product propositions to build a ‘pull’ strategy through a specification-led approach.
Contribute to the implementation of new product introductions in coordination with product management.
Lead generation and evaluation of marketing campaigns, including managing subscription activities.
Provide creative contributions that align with executing strategy or tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Honours) and/or significant sales & marketing experience in the B2B sector, preferably in Construction.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Proven skills and experience in creative content writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong online and database management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
