Marketing Executive - Leading International Accountancy Network

A leading international accountancy network is seeking a Marketing Executive to support its global brand and marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of initiatives, supporting both strategic and day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management:

  • Maintain and update the brand portal, including user account management and asset creation
  • Monitor brand inbox for inquiries and compliance issues
  • Support brand audits and logo compliance across the network
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding firms, including brand introductions and account setup

• Content and Asset Development:

  • Create presentation materials and speaker templates
  • Manage the image library and merchandise store
  • Support the development of visual identity and network architecture guidelines

• Event and Campaign Coordination:

  • Organise webinars, townhalls, and conferences
  • Prepare marketing decks, invites, reports, and other collateral
  • Liaise with internal teams to support campaign execution

• General Marketing Support:

  • Handle business card requests and team administration
  • Update internal platforms and assist with marketing community engagement

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within a professional services or global organisation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital asset management tools
