Full-time, permanent – 35 hours/week

Are you a creative marketer who loves juggling projects, crafting compelling campaigns, and making real impact? Want to bring your ideas to life in a role that blends strategy, content, and purpose?

We are looking for for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to take the lead on promoting publications, training events, consultancy services, and a growing membership community.

What you’ll do as a Marketing Executive:

• Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Create scroll-stopping content for email, web, and social media
• Own event promotion and logistics (including a national conference!)
• Use data to drive smarter campaigns and stronger engagement
• Grow a vibrant, loyal membership community
• Collaborate with a passionate, expert team who care deeply about education

• Strong copywriting and campaign delivery skills
• Confident across digital tools (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, Canva etc.)
• Solid event planning and stakeholder management experience
• An eye for detail and a flair for content creation
• Bonus if you’ve worked in education, non-profit, or publishing!
