Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in Poole. They are looking for an organised, adaptable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days are the same.

Role Responsibilities

Manage a range of marketing activities — from updating the website and launching new products to refining SEO and re-merchandising.
Plan, create, and deliver email campaigns that engage audiences and achieve measurable results.
Monitor and analyse marketing and website performance, providing insights to guide future strategies.
Collaborate with Trading Managers to produce marketing materials, compile reports, and support daily team operations.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase marketing efficiency.
Prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly when plans change.

Candidate Profile

Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse performance to improve strategies.
Experience in SEO, website management, and email marketing tools is highly desirable.
Knowledge of platforms such as JIRA, Semrush, Algolia, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Salesforce would be advantageous.

Hybrid working available - working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
