Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client based in Stoke-on-Trent. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to take ownership of content and social media activity within a growing, ambitious business.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking to develop quickly, gain real responsibility, and work across the full marketing mix. You’ll produce work that is seen by senior leadership and directly impacts business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging, on-brand social media content (graphics, copy, short-form), primarily for LinkedIn

* Plan, schedule, publish, and manage social media activity

* Grow audience engagement and brand presence across channels

* Develop marketing materials including campaign assets, case studies, and sales collateral

* Build professional presentations for internal and board-level reporting

* Track and report on marketing performance

About You

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder with a passion for content, social media, and brand development.

You will have:

* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

* A good eye for design and experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe

* The ability to manage multiple projects and stay organised

* A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership

* A strong, practical understanding of AI tools and how to apply them within marketing (essential)

You should be able to demonstrate real examples of how you’ve used AI tools to create marketing outputs.

Desirable (Not Essential)

* Understanding of SEO and how it applies to content

* A marketing-related degree or relevant early experience (placement, internship, or portfolio)
