Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and deliver digital marketing campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and optimise results through testing.
* Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
* Use customer data to support audience segmentation and targeted marketing.
* Work with internal teams to generate leads and support business growth.
* Organise company events and contribute ideas to improve marketing processes.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' marketing experience.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
* Experience using HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS platforms.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Creative, analytical, and able to use data to improve campaign performance.
