Pertemps are currently recruiting for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Executive to join a leading business based on the Isle of Wight. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, rate of sale and growth across off-trade and wholesale customers. 

Responsibilities as a Marketing Executive: 

Developing and delivering customer activation plans across grocery, premium retail, wholesale and online channels.

Working closely with Sales on customer meetings, JBPs and key commercial opportunities.

Managing POS, digital assets, content and customer-facing marketing materials, ensuring they are commercially effective and on brand.

Leading the day-to-day management of the gifting range and supporting the development of new gifting propositions.

Using category, shopper and competitor insights to identify opportunities and make actionable recommendations.

Managing customer marketing budgets, tracking investment and measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Supporting pure play customers with product content, search visibility and on-site activation.

Providing light-touch support across wider marketing and social media activity.

Sharing insights, learnings and best practice across the Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements: 

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing, ideally within spirits, drinks or FMCG.

A good understanding of UK off-trade, wholesale and online retail environments.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with brand objectives.

Excellent organisation and project management skills, with a proactive, can-do approach.

A confident communicator who enjoys working with both internal and external stakeholders.

An understanding of social media and a willingness to provide hands-on support when required.

A genuine passion for premium drinks brands and a desire to grow within a brand-led business.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally to customers, events and meetings.

The Marketing Executive role:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (must have flexible to attend events/ meetings)

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working option (Minimum of 2 days on site in Ryde, Isle of Wight)

22 Days holiday, increasing with every full year of service (max 26 days)
