Marketing Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing international business in Maidenhead as a Marketing Executive. This is a standalone UK marketing position within a small and supportive team, offering the successful candidate ownership of day-to-day marketing activity while working with colleagues across the wider international organisation.

The role covers content creation, digital platforms, marketing materials, market research and event support. It would suit a proactive Marketing Executive who is comfortable working independently, generating ideas and managing projects from initial concept through to delivery.

Experience gained within a product-led B2B environment would be particularly valuable. This could include manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, hospitality, food service, retail or another related commercial sector.

Salary £25,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, fully office-based position in Maidenhead. Free parking is available.

Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity for the UK market

* Produce brochures, presentations, sales materials and wider marketing collateral

* Write engaging content for digital platforms, company communications and promotional campaigns

* Manage and update website and social media content

* Create product information, customer stories and business updates

* Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns

* Research market developments, customer sectors and competitor activity

* Identify potential markets and opportunities to support business growth

* Work with the sales team to develop presentations, proposals and customer materials

* Coordinate photography, artwork and other creative assets

* Provide marketing support for exhibitions, customer events and product launches

* Gather information from colleagues and suppliers to ensure marketing content remains accurate

* Maintain consistent branding across all communications and materials

* Monitor activity and produce straightforward marketing reports

* Manage additional marketing projects as required

About You

* Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or similar position

* Comfortable working in a standalone marketing role and taking ownership of activity

* Ideally experienced within a product-led B2B environment such as manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, hospitality, food service or retail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong copywriting and proofreading ability

* Confident producing professional presentations and marketing materials

* Experience managing website and social media content

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Able to manage several projects and deadlines effectively

* Creative, commercially aware and comfortable contributing new ideas

* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools would be advantageous

* Knowledge of email marketing, CRM systems or SEO would be helpful

* Previous involvement with exhibitions, events or product launches would be beneficial
