Location: New Romney, Kent

Salary: £27,000- £30,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing strategies and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Creation: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that engage their target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Content Development: Craft compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Market Research: analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and ensure they stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience in marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a Team Player
