We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales and enhance customer retention. The Marketing Executive will also co-ordinate catalogue production, and manage the photography and video production schedules to optimise our enviable marketing communication assets.
Core Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, promote products offered by the brands. Build compelling and personalised email content (newsletters, promotional campaigns and automated drip campaigns) using templates with copy writing and asset coordination. Segment email lists based on customer data, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant messaging. Ensure alignment of email content with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging. Optimise email templates for maximum impact and deliverability. Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey. Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and use insights to optimise campaign effectiveness. Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure compliance and maximise results. Coordinating key catalogue and brochure production through all stages including: product selection, pagination planning, creative stages and final print. Responsibility for photography and video schedule and it's co-ordination, i.e. photographer briefs, location selection, on-site shoot management and organising image library. Event & exhibition management and co-ordination.
Person Profile Degree in marketing, communications or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an email marketing role Understanding of CRM A/B testing and experimentation to improve email content, subject lines, and calls to action Strong data analytical skills Experience using ESP's Creative, with the ability to bring together eye catching marketing communications Impeccable interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with colleagues.
