Main purpose of the job:

Mission Translate is a global language and insight agency headquartered in Birmingham, seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Executive to grow our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, event coordination, social media management, and content creation.

Role Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plan
Create and own quarterly content plan
Lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns
Oversee event coordination, including logistics and promotional materials
Manage and grow the company's social media presence
Creating engaging, optimised content for the website, socials, video, and photography
Support multiple agencies to deliver excellent, timely solutions that drive the business forward
Creating monthly activity and performance reports
Brand guardianship; advocating for the brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity
Competitor and market monitoring and analysis

We are we looking for:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives
Strong organisation and planning skills
Talent for writing engaging influential copy
Ability to take reports/metrics and provide insight and analysis, making recommendations for future activity
Knowledge of HubSpot is highly desirable
Experience with design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva is highly desirable
This role will require occasional international travel to industry events, so a full passport is required.
This role will be 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. Fully remote working will be considered, with monthly travel to the Birmingham or Manchester office.
