Marketing Executive

Our client is a close-knit, friendly, and small team of dedicated Recruiters based in the heart of Godalming. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join them in-house 7 hours a week spread across 1 or 2 days.

Their team needs your expertise to push the brand on social media channels, manage and update the company website and collaborate on developing marketing materials. They would also consider someone on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's brand and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Regularly post updates, news and engaging content across social media platforms (with an emphasis on LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram)
• Manage and update the company website to ensure it reflects the brand identity
• Generate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and website to generate leads and increase brand visibility
• Develop content that engages target audience and supports the business goals.
• Conduct research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry changes to stay ahead in the market.
• Create and send out 2 to 3 eMarketing campaigns per month
• Collaborate with team members to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar
• Knowledge of Hootsuite
• Previous experience within B2B/B2C marketing
• A passion for implementing marketing strategies and generating growth
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
