We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive - B2B to join this growing business based in St. Albans. You will play a vital role in defining and executing the brand voice within a fast-paced B2B engineering environment. From digital content and social media to trade shows and technical materials, your work will drive qualified lead generation, strengthen regional engagement, and contribute directly to business growth.

Description

As the Marketing Executive - B2B you will have the following responsibilities:

• Execute global marketing campaigns locally, aligned with brand and market needs
• Collaborate with local teams to tailor messaging and support initiatives
• Deliver integrated digital campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media
• Manage and grow LinkedIn with strategic, audience-focused content
• Develop and refine marketing assets (graphics, presentations, technical content)
• Plan and execute events: trade shows, webinars, workshops, internal events
• Produce and edit multimedia content, including video
• Maintain website, landing pages, and email templates using CMS and HTML/CSS
• Track campaign performance; report insights and recommend improvements
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with other regions on joint campaigns
• Provide local market insights to inform regional strategy.

Profile

The successful Marketing Executive - B2B will have:

• A strong background in B2B marketing - ideally from a physical product environment - manufacturing, engineering etc
• Proven experience in digital marketing - with experience across, SEO, HTML/CSS, CRM, CMS management
• A team player mentality
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive an excellent package:

• £35,000 - £45,000 - DOE
• Excellent discretionary bosnu
• 25 days annual leave.

Please note that this role is based in St. Albans 4 days a week, with one day working from home. Commutable from - Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Harpenden etc.
