The Role
You will support the Marketing team across email, paid digital and data-driven marketing channels, working with a customer-first approach to deliver engaging, insight-led campaigns.
This role would suit a commercially minded marketer who enjoys analysing campaign performance, working with customer data and using insights to drive results. Whilst an appreciation for creative marketing is beneficial, the focus of the role is on campaign delivery, optimisation and performance.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across CRM, eCommerce, design and content to ensure marketing activity is aligned and optimised for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, schedule and analyse email campaigns across multiple regions Manage automated email workflows and customer journeys Support the delivery of paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms Assist with campaign audience selection, customer segmentation and targeting activities Upload and manage data across analytics and marketing platforms Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve results Support affiliate marketing assets and campaign delivery Engage with target audiences to build brand loyalty Proofread marketing materials Produce compelling copy for email campaigns and digital marketing activitySkills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role Hands-on experience planning, creating, managing and analysing marketing campaigns Experience with email marketing campaigns (B2B and/or B2C) Experience with paid advertising, ideally Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, campaign selections and database management Experience using email marketing platforms (ESP) Confident working with data, reporting and campaign analytics Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Experience within an eCommerce environment would be highly advantageous Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use data to support marketing decision-making High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
