Marketing Executive _ Europe

What is this job all about?

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team to bring in new interns/volunteers/organizations to join our programmes. This is a position based out of Europe, focusing on driving sales in the European Market and also to create awareness on Internships in Kerala, India.

The person will be responsible for the finding, developing and closing opportunities in the European market, including:

• Hunt and cultivate new accounts


• Cultivate and expand footprint in existing accounts


• Articulate Internship Kerala’s value proposition


• Foster relationships and collaborate closely with prospective interns/volunteers


• Determine and develop business case requirements


• Develop and deliver presentations on Internship Kerala where you think you may find prospective participants for all our programs


• Manage the entire sales cycle from Discovery to Closure


• Day-to-day management of all existing clients and for the creation of new clients

What are the qualifications?

• Ability to source out interns/volunteers and convincing them to take up internships abroad


• Skilled and savvy communicator with highly attuned listening skills


• Experienced Presenter


• A self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic environment


• High degree of personal accountability


• Commitment to being a true team member


• Multi-Lingual abilities a plus
