Marketing Executive - Shared Ownership

A leading residential property developer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing campaigns for shared ownership housing developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in property or real estate, who is looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

The role is full-time, office-based, with a mix of head office, site, and marketing agency presence. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

• Digital Marketing: Manage and update property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. Maintain website content to ensure accuracy and appeal.

• Media Coordination: Assist in planning advertising schedules and producing artwork for various campaign materials.

• Site Marketing Support: Attend sales meetings, gather insights, and support signage and branding at marketing suites.

• Event Assistance: Contribute to the planning and coordination of exhibitions and customer events, both on and off site.

• Campaign Support: Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.

• Reporting & Insights: Support the collection and review of digital and campaign data to evaluate effectiveness.

Essential

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within property, housing, or real estate

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiar with using social media platforms professionally

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Desirable

• Experience working with creative agencies or media suppliers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
