We're on the hunt for a Marketing Lead to take the reins of our fast-growing luxury property brand. This is your chance to head up a dynamic in-house team, work directly with the founder, and bring bold, beautiful campaigns to life across social, digital, events and beyond.

• Lead the charge on all marketing activity - from strategy to execution

• Manage and inspire a creative team including a content creator and marketing assistant

• Develop and deliver scroll-stopping social content and trend-driven campaigns

• Create and shape our brand story, driving visibility and engagement

• Work closely with our founder to turn bold ideas into reality

• Oversee events, shoots, partnerships, and press moments - think penthouse open houses with your creative license

• Build assets, brochures, award entries and everything in between - with an eye for excellence

• Be the brand guardian - inside and out

• Has experience leading creative marketing teams

• Is obsessed with social media trends, content performance and audience engagement

• Can juggle strategy, storytelling and sharp execution all in one

• Loves working in fast-paced, creative environments

• Is confident working directly with founders/senior leadership

• Has an eye for design, copy and all things content

• Bonus points if you've worked in luxury, lifestyle, property or boutique brands
