Marketing Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a content-driven, audience-obsessed marketer to help tell the story of pod.network and bring our technology to the forefront of the crypto world. In this role, you'll work directly with our founders, scientists, and engineers to deeply understand our tech and translate it into clear, impactful content that resonates across crypto and tech-savvy communities.

You'll be responsible for building and growing our audience across channels — from writing viral X threads to producing engaging blogs, documentation, videos, and memes. If you love shaping narratives, have a knack for going viral, and thrive at the intersection of storytelling and data, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve our content strategy, calendar, and distribution.

• Craft narratives and content across channels — X, Telegram, blogs, newsletters, technical docs, and more.

• Drive audience growth through organic strategies, performance insights, and content partnerships.

• Build relationships with partners to align on co-marketing efforts and amplify reach.

• Translate complex technical ideas into accessible, engaging formats for various audience levels.

• Keep a pulse on Web3 trends, memes, and narratives — and leverage them creatively.

• Help shape pod's broader GTM strategy.

You'll Be a Great Fit if You:

• Have provable experience building and scaling a technical audience from scratch.

• Know how to make things go viral — and have examples to prove it.

• Are a crisp, clear writer who can simplify complex technical concepts.

• Can quickly grasp deep tech ideas and turn them into digestible content.

• Are terminally online (or open to it) — especially on X and Telegram.

• Have a data-driven mindset and know how to measure what works.

• Are naturally self-directed and take ownership of the content function.

• Are familiar with crypto culture, markets, and the narratives that drive them.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have stage presence and are excited about public speaking opportunities (podcasts, panels, etc.).

• Bring a portfolio of high-performing crypto or Web3 content (memes, threads, videos, etc.).

• Understand blockchain scaling and cryptographic protocols.

• Have experience writing developer- or research-oriented technical documentation.

• Know your way around marketing automation and analytics tools.

• Are already active on X, Farcaster, or other Web3-native platforms.
