The Role
Bumble is looking for a Marketing Lead for France, based in London. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Western & Southern Europe, you will serve as our market expert, enabling Bumble to speak authentically to the French audience through multi-channel, integrated campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the integrated marketing strategy for the French market, leading brand campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring our mission to life. Your ultimate goal will be to accelerate brand awareness and favourability in France by bringing to life our global strategy through engaging, insight-led activations.

You are deeply consumer-focused and know how to innovate, adapt, and collaborate with teams to support the roadmap of a mission-driven brand. You care deeply about Bumble’s mission and are passionate about contributing to cultural change. 

What you’ll be doing:

    • Strategic leadership: Lead the integrated marketing strategy definition and brand plan development for France, through a deep understanding of the French consumer, dating culture and media landscape, to establish Bumble as the go-to destination for meaningful romantic relationships. Success will be measured through significant and sustained brand health gains while accelerating organic demand through positive word-of-mouth, making user acquisition and retention more efficient.
    • Execution with excellence: From writing briefs and managing agencies to analysing performance and optimising campaigns, you’re both the architect and the builder of marketing initiatives. You’ll demonstrate exceptional hands-on execution, developing and executing culturally resonant integrated campaigns. You’ll leverage your deep knowledge of the French media landscape to select the right platforms, voices, and placements to deliver real impact, strong engagement and positive word of mouth.
    • Campaign Measurement and Optimisation: Ensure all marketing campaigns are rigorously measured and continuously optimised based on results. Collaborate closely with analytics teams to devise measurement plans for high-impact marketing programs.
    • Stakeholder Management: Champion France’s needs with leadership and cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with global strategy. Manage relationships with stakeholders across central and regional teams, including growth, PR, analytics, research, product marketing, and external agencies. Regularly report progress and results to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment around goals and objectives
    • Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives, ensuring investment is aligned with brand goals and delivering maximum impact.

About You:

    • 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, consumer-centric, insight-based campaigns in France.
    • Deep knowledge of the French culture, media, and dating app landscape, with the ability to adapt global strategies and build culturally resonant activations.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, obsessed with deepening consumer understanding and fully accountable for owning the market plan end-to-end.
    • An excellent hands-on executor with demonstrated expertise running campaigns including paid digital media, OOH, influencer and experiential channels.
    • Experience coaching and developing individual contributors.
    • Native level in French and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
