Element Recruitment are working with company in Weston-super-Mare who are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, you’ll need to take the reins and drive impactful, strategic, and hands-on marketing during a 12-month maternity cover – with potential for longer.

In this fully office-based role, you’ll lead a small but dynamic team, shaping both digital and offline campaigns, owning the brand voice, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across multiple touchpoints.

• What You’ll Be Doing:
  
  Managing digital merchandising across websites and portals
• Executing engaging brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels
  
  Leading reputation management and customer retention strategies
  
  Overseeing budgets, content production, agency relationships, and more

Who You Are:

• Either an experienced Marketing Manager  OR you may be ready to move up to the next step up in your career
• Strategic and hands-on, with experience leading teams and managing brand presence
• Skilled in Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing tools, CMS systems, and design software
