The Business:

A small but fierce and innovative business that certainly packs a punch, having been established for many years, now is the right time for them to start growing.

Operating within property investment, development and software with the industry, this business has an impressive portfolio across the UK.

With innovation at the forefront of their minds, they’ve secured a new office in Sowton, Exeter and are now growing throughout the business. With acquisitions on the horizon, this business isn’t standing still, they want to keep building, keep pushing forward and they’re looking for people who want to be part of something special.

The Position:

As the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll hold a crucial role within the business, reporting into the Directors, you’ll have hold of the entire strategy and execution.

Due to the nature of the business and plenty of acquisitions happening, you’ll need to be used to change and variety within a role. If you’re used to going through the motions and sitting back, this isn’t the role for you.

If you’re commercially-minded, looking to grow a team, and understand the pressures and changes that happen within a small business, then we want to hear from you.

This role requires you to work across the group with several businesses with the view to growing the team to support with capacity and workload. You’ll be responsible for strategy and delivery until the team has grown.

The role requires someone who has experience across the entire marketing spectrum, including CRM management.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern, anywhere from 2 to 3 days in the office, flexibility also around family and other life situations, this business uses common sense!
