Marketing Manager Needed!!!

A dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager is required to join a leading luxury tour operator based in Surrey. This is a hands on role best suited to those looking to work within a small team and who are happy to support different departments when the need arises.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and offline channels to both the trade and direct channels.
• Manage the email marketing activities
• Manage the company's digital presence, including the development of a new corporate website.
• Manage and implement strategies to grow social channels.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Product Manager to help grow trade sales and further develop sales to all destinations
• Produce compelling content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Produce the company's brochures in conjunction with the Product Manager
• Keep up to date with trends and innovations within luxury travel.

Desirable Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role. Travel experience is not a requirement but will help
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Proven success in developing and growing social media platforms
• Some experience of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign helpful
• Skilled in content creation and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications and Training

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Professional development or certifications in digital marketing tools/platforms are advantageous.

Salary £45,000 DOE
