Marketing Manager

A very well established and successful independent business is recruiting a brand new position in the company due to growth. This service industry company is a well regarded and award winning in the Finance industry.

As part of a long term growth strategy this role will help to shape and guide all things marketing. It is a standalone role, so one you can genuinely 'own’ end to end.

The Role
The purpose of the role is to increase brand awareness among the customer groups. The role will cover all aspects of marketing, leading the strategic strategic but also hands on delivery - a true end to end role! The key objectives are summarised as follows:

• Define a compelling consumer brand story, brand essence, voice and strategy for the business
• Develop a marketing plan that involves shaping the website the website (content, functionality and SEO), sales tools, social media efforts, PR and all other consumer 'touch points’
• Deliver the above plan to raise consumer brand awareness, measured by engagement levels, website activity and other methods of aided and unaided consumer brand awareness within the target market

The Ideal Candidate
This is an brilliant marketing position, working with the senior management team to push the business forward. It could suit a seasoned marketing professional or a creative, ambitious and driven individual stepping into a management role.

You will demonstrate a great record of achievement and solid career to date with exposure across the marketing mix. You will need to be a 'doer’ who is able to strategise, and be a healthy balance between analytical and creative.
