Job Title:Marketing Manager
Location:London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + bonus

The Role:

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, content, PR, and events
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
Manage content creation including case studies, press releases, and thought leadership
Deliver high-impact events and exhibitions
Mentor and develop the Senior Marketing Coordinator
Report on campaign ROI and optimise based on analytics and performance

Successful Applicant:

Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in financial services or regulated industry
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Proven experience across all marketing disciplines
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a direct report
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Canva
Full UK driving licence (required for event travel)
Degree in Marketing or related field; professional qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable
