Our client, a global leader in the beauty sector, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead UK marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketer with strong commercial awareness and experience in delivering engaging, insight-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with global direction
• Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis
• Develop compelling client presentations and campaign concepts
• Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to support client briefs and growth plans
• Create high-impact tools, content, and materials for use across digital and print
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of marketing experience within the beauty industry
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer behaviour
• Skilled in campaign planning, storytelling, and visual content creation
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, collaborative, and confident working cross-functionally
