Our client is a highly reputable business that are a genuine market leader within their sector. Due to on-going growth, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a small internal marketing team and provide hands on expertise with experience in a variety of marketing areas.

The current team of Marketing Executives cover a wide array of marketing including Google Ads, Social Media Management, Events, Website Management, and HubSpot from a technical perspective. What the Marketing Manager will need is previous experience in managing a small team and providing strong coordination and management of both the team, and the marketing strategy & reporting.

Skills Required:

• HubSpot CRM knowledge & experience
• Running campaigns through HubSpot and reporting.
• Structuring and implementing marketing campaigns across several platforms.
• Monitoring, reporting and analysing marketing campaigns to improve the performance of such campaigns.
• Previous experience managing a small marketing team providing team coordination and prioritisation.
• Hands on experience in a wide range of marketing including Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Events, Google Ads would be beneficial.
