Our client is a full-service agency specialising in PPC, Social Media, and SEO, delivering tailored strategies and high-impact designs to clients across a variety of industries and business sizes.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead, inspire, and manage a small team of specialists, while also taking the reins on delivering innovative, data-driven marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies for multiple clients

• Lead and support a small in-house team across PPC, SEO, and Social Media disciplines

• Coordinate and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in delivering detailed monthly performance reports

• Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients—building relationships, providing updates, and identifying new opportunities

• Contribute to the agency’s own marketing and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience highly desirable)

• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media marketing

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Leadership qualities and experience managing or mentoring a team
