Marketing Manager
I am looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, content, social media and digital activity that drive business growth. This hands-on role requires a B2B marketing professional skilled in campaign management, stakeholder collaboration, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for a Marketing Manager aiming to progress to a Head of Marketing position within the next few years.

About You:

5–7 years B2B marketing experience with a strong digital and content background.
Skilled in managing campaigns across social media, email, web, and marketing automation.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to measure ROI.
Highly organised, collaborative, and self-motivated.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting sales and lead generation.
Create compelling content, including case studies, videos, social media, and email marketing.
Manage and optimise website content and digital channels.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop client collateral and marketing materials.
Work with agencies on PR, SEO, and creative projects.
Track and report marketing performance and support strategic planning.
Support internal communications and sustainability messaging.
