Job Title: Marketing Manager (B2B)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (+£3k bonus)

Location: Uttoxeter office - with some hybrid flexibility post on-boarding

Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Macildowie are working with a genuine market-leading client based in Uttoxeter to recruit a resilient and commercially-minded Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B digital lead generation. This is a secure and varied role within a high-performing, tight-knit business unit that forms part of a wider UK group. You will have access to structured support across marketing, design, and photography.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to deliver high-quality digital marketing-led lead generation and your talent for building strong working relationships - with the internal sales team, fellow marketing colleagues across the wider group, and key external partners delivering SEO, PPC, and web development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that directly drive quality B2B leads
• Own and optimise SEO and PPC activity in collaboration with external agency partners
• Maximise Hubspot functionality for workflows, email marketing and automation
• Regularly analyse website performance data using tools to improve UX and conversion
• Lead content creation across the website, blogs, case studies and social channels, with support from shared design resource
• Work hand-in-hand with the internal sales team to align activity with business development goals
• Assist in presenting marketing performance and strategic insights at board level every couple of months
• Represent the business at trade events and manage exhibition marketing planning

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced all-round B2B marketer (3 years minimum - essential), with a digital-first approach and strategic mind-set
• Adept at managing agency relationships and proactively driving improvements in SEO/PPC
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build rapport across teams and levels
• Confident in evaluating data and offering insight to improve lead quality and marketing ROI
• Comfortable producing regular performance reports and aligning marketing with commercial KPIs
• Exhibition or event marketing (desirable)
• Adobe InDesign, photography, or digital asset creation (desirable)
• Competitor analysis and market research (desirable)
