Marketing Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious Executive Search Firm with the appointment of a talented Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of a well-established business that is ready to elevate its brand and stand out in a competitive market.

The day to day:

This is a strategic and hands-on marketing position, ideal for a seasoned marketer with strong B2B experience and a background in professional services — such as legal, finance, or consultancy. The successful candidate will work closely with a designated creative agency and outsourced providers for content, SEO, and PR. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives client engagement, and positions the business as a true thought leader in the executive search space.

• Develop and implement a clear, creative and commercially driven marketing strategy
• Manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including content, digital, and paid media
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints
• Oversee budget allocation and manage external suppliers as needed
• Analyse and report on marketing performance, using insights to shape future activity
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Lead thought leadership efforts and create targeted content to engage key accounts
• Support with event planning and promotion
• Manage and grow the firm’s LinkedIn presence as a key communications tool
• Work closely with a designated creative agency and outsourced providers for content, SEO, and PR to maximise their involvement.

We’d love to see experience in the following:

• Minimum 7-10 years' marketing experience post-graduation, ideally in a B2B or professional services setting
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
• Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning
• Proven stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
• Excellent digital marketing knowledge, including paid media and LinkedIn
• Event experience and ability to create engagement opportunities across key audiences
• Experience working with external agencies
• Degree in Marketing or similar, CIM membership desirable
