Valeco Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a thriving business based in Loanhead, Midlothian to recruit their first-ever Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will lead all marketing activity across multiple business units under a new group brand.

About the Role:
This is an exciting time to join the business as they undergo a brand transformation. You’ll be instrumental in delivering marketing campaigns, creating content, and guiding brand strategy - with direct access to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Updating and maintaining websites

• Managing campaigns across email, social media, and print

• Creating tailored content for different customer segments

• Mentoring a marketing apprentice

• Supporting the development of brand positioning and messaging

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven marketing experience - both strategic and hands-on

• Strong content, digital, and campaign skills

• Confidence working independently and with business leaders

• A collaborative, proactive attitude

• Experience in a similar SME or growing business environment is a bonus
