Salary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Commission Potential (circa £5,000 p.a.)

A leading European supplier are actively on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to join their team. With headquarters in Manchester and offices across Europe and internationally they are large player in the market. the business delivers expert solutions to ensure professionals are safe, smart, and comfortable at work.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic marketing function across two brands, with approximately 80% of the focus directed toward the UK division

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing activities including website content, printed collateral, and event materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver engaging omnichannel content.
• Support digital marketing, including email campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support customer communications and lead generation.
• Uphold strong brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop compelling case studies and oversee UK PR activities.
• Monitor and manage offline marketing budgets and ROI.

About You

Essential:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Ideally previous experience working with an SME business
• Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-marketing platforms.

Desirable:

• CIM accreditation or marketing degree.
• Over 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with social media marketing, data analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms), and team leadership.
