We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver measurable impact across channels.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption. You’ll align closely with Sales and Innovation teams to shape go-to-market strategies and create compelling content that drives conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and translate insights into messaging
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, toolkits, videos)
• Define buyer personas and value propositions
• Manage content creation across blogs, landing pages, infographics, and more
• Own the content calendar and lead social media storytelling
• Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and industry events
• Oversee email marketing, website content, and digital advertising
• Lead SEO strategy and implementation
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in B2B marketing
• Proven success in product launches and event management
• Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with creative flair
• Experience with marketing automation and sales enablement tools
• Solid understanding of SEO and email marketing best practices
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally
