Marketing Manager (80% office based)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Website & Marketing Manager to oversee our digital presence and marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way our company brand connects with its customers, driving growth and elevating our brand. We are a luxury brand that is experiencing fast-paced growth, and we want an experienced marketing manager to help take us to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

· Website Management: Keep our website up to date with fresh visuals, accurate product listings, and engaging content that reflects our latest collections and promotions.

· Email Marketing: Create compelling newsletters that resonate with our audience, collaborating closely with the sales and social media teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

· Social Media Support: Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness (must enjoy creating the content themselves)

· Graphic Design: Use Canva and other design platforms to create high-quality marketing assets, from website banners to social media graphics.

· Event Planning: Take the lead on planning and coordinating events such as content creation days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our brand vision.

· Idea Generation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to help grow and enhance the company brand. We value innovation and welcome contributions that challenge the status quo.

· Collaboration: Work with our tight-knit team to integrate marketing efforts across all channels and ensure consistent messaging and branding.

What You’ll Bring

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing websites, campaigns, and digital assets.

· Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.

· Exceptional organisational skills.

· A proactive and innovative mindset, eager to bring new ideas to a growing business.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team.

The candidate must have an interest and willingness to use new AI tools, as we look to integrate this technology into our business
