Marketing Manager – Events & Exhibitions Industry

Location: Dorking (Hybrid – 2 days from home)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for international exhibitions and events. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign delivery, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Lead campaign execution from concept to completion, including copywriting and creative oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future activity.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to ISO 20121 compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event marketing with a proven track record of campaign success.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and email automation tools.
• Excellent copywriting, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.

Desirable:

• Degree or professional qualification in marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing and working with performance KPIs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
