Advias is an ambitious and growing property finance advisor. We offer solutions to clients looking for large and more complex mortgages in prime UK areas. Our office is located in Vauxhall, London.  

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in its early stages.

We are a small team and require a marketing manager who can be dynamic and assign themselves to various tasks. The key areas of the role;

• Develop the brand within the marketplace
  
• Content development for the website, blogs, newsletters, guides, ebooks & forums
  
• Managing the website maintenance
  
• Establishing and growing social media platforms such as Linkedin, Youtube & Facebook
  
• Growing relationships with our introducers and existing clients
  
• Running digital advertising initiatives integrated with our systems
  

Requirements

Suitable candidates should have;

• Excellent digital marketing experience.
  
• Experience of digital marketing techniques including in SEO & Google ads
  
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies
  
• Strong planning and organisation skills
  
• The ability to provide a creative mind -set to projects and have good content writing skills.
  
• Experience of managing websites
