Marketing Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager, to join their business based in Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the marketing plan across global markets, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and external agencies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone confident in campaign execution, event management, PR, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver global marketing strategies and campaigns

*

Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and internal communications

*

Oversee content, literature, and video production

*

Handle website enquiries, budget submissions, and PR activities

*

Collaborate with digital, creative, and web agencies

*

Analyse customer journeys and optimise lead generation

About You:

*

Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in aerospace/defence or a technical sector

*

Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills

*

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)

*

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing (preferred)

*

Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

*

Proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading with influence
