Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Managing & optimising marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
Building, launching & analysing multi-channel campaigns
Developing lead scoring, segmentation & nurturing programmes
Maintaining CRM data quality & GDPR compliance
Improving lead routing & sales automation processes
Managing the HubSpot platform, workflows & integrations
Creating dashboards, reports & campaign performance insights
Developing attribution models to measure ROI

What we're looking forTo succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

At least 2 years' experience managing marketing automation platforms
Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation systems
Experience building & optimising automated marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Knowledge of lead scoring, CRM management & pipeline reporting
Experience producing dashboards, KPIs & performance reporting
