The role - Marketing Manager – Customer Facing Environment

This is a Hybred role based between home, Head Office and site based.

The Marketing Manager role is a new addition to the business and will have the freedom and autonomy to manage the entire management budget and ROI to build the brand, drive enquiries and footfall to maximise sales and profitability.

The role will cover Social, PPC, local and regional marketing campaigns and also liaising with the external agencies to ensure clarity in the story that is being told and that the campaigns are fully aligned.

The role is a standalone role but as the business grows the marketing team is likely to grow and the marketing manager will be involved in shaping the structure and untimely be responsible for recruiting and managing the tea.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in all aspects of the marketing cycle in a customer facing environment such as Hospitality, Retail or service industry but above all they will be Highly Creative with the ability to think outside the box with the ability to create and deliver campaigns that stand out from the crowd and really bring new eyes onto the business, so not for someone who is shy to coming up with new initiatives and incentives.

Experience will not define the ideally candidate it very much about the right individual. You could be a recent graduate with hands on work experience, you could be currently in a customer facing marketing role that wants to take the next step career or you may be an experienced marketing manager that feel live your having your wings clipped and want the autonomy and ability to let your mind loose and expand the boundaries and really get a business to stand out
