Marketing Manager

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Southend-on-Sea.

Role Purpose

Lead on brand and campaign activity to boost awareness and student recruitment.
Shape and deliver strategic marketing plans across multiple sites and audiences.
Manage a small team and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.Main Duties

Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events).
Develop and protect the organisation's brand identity, tone, and style.
Oversee content creation: social media, PR, video, website, and printed materials.
Use data, research, and analytics to measure campaign success and improve ROI.
Manage and update the website, ensuring it's user-friendly and SEO-optimised.
Work closely with senior leaders and admissions to support recruitment goals.Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' marketing experience, with proven success in brand/campaigns.
Strong leadership skills, managing teams and budgets.
Confident across digital and traditional marketing, including paid media.
