Job description
Collaborate with marketers and senior studio members to lead the coordination, production and scheduling of materials while focusing on RFQ/P responses and interview presentation preparation.
Guide kickoff meetings with project leadership to establish strategies for pursuit deliverables.
Play a role in maintaining resources and systems, including CRM, SharePoint library and OpenAsset digital asset management.
Articulate the brand effectively through the tailored development of visual and written content, showcasing industry understanding and a commitment to design excellence.
Craft compelling narratives that effectively convey the studio's story, fostering successful project and process outcomes.
Coordinate with team members, consultants and stakeholders to identify key differentiators for assigned projects and prepares materials for various events and opportunities

Key skills
Experience within the AEC industry required
Advanced proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint is a must.
Demonstrates excellence in relationship building, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Prefer experience in Aviation, Interiors or Data Centres, but not essential.
