As Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in creating, executing, and overseeing all facets of our outbound and inbound marketing strategies. Collaborating with a dynamic, purpose-driven team, including graphic designers, content writers, and paid ads specialists, you will ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary focus will be developing and driving creative strategies that enhance brand visibility, community building and engagement, value delivery, and lead generation.

Help refine, optimise, and delight through our customer journey and work with others across the business to create and deliver assets at various touchpoints
Proven ability to devise and iterate strategies, set targets, and deliver results - both directly and with the support of agencies
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Take the lead in conceptualising and launching digital campaigns to amplify our brand presence and establish thought leadership in the dental tech space.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure guests, plan content, and oversee content production.
Coordinate a social media content team.
Provide regular reports to the leadership team on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Experience with Hubspot will be a plus
Characteristics
Creative test and learn mindset
Experience having taken a SaaS product from zero to one.
Experience in marketing to healthcare professionals, preferably Dentists.
Data-driven, experience with A/B testing and other growth experimentation techniques.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and analytics platforms
LinkedIn and Instagram campaign management.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions, and develop insights to take action from that data
