My client is looking for a super creative Marketing Managers for a multi site bar brand. This is to maintain a fun, informative and appealing brand image and tone of voice across the brand.

This is a full 360 marketing role and quite hands on overseeing both digital, print, onsite marketing and brand. You will be managing a team of one Social Media & Marketing Executive and be a leading figure to all within the organisation.

The Role:
·Manage all output across all social platforms and in-house marketing, including websites, newsletter, and print collateral.
·Implement clear and concise planning and strategy for week-by-week community engagement with a view to building relationships with our young, sociable user-base.
·Be a digital ambassador when attending in-person social events with key influencers.
·Work with the Directors, Head of Entertainment, Head of Operations and Venue. Managers to plan, create, produce, and deliver fun, market-leading events and content with clear deadlines to a closely managed calendar.
·Manage the Social Media & Marketing Executive to create fun and engaging content that our users will love and share.
·Manage the monthly marketing budget effectively across all venues
·Manage external agencies and designers to generate PR coverage and create artwork.
·Work with venue managers to provide ensure print collateral is in the venues (menus, reservation cards, posters etc.)
·Manage and brief external designers to generate best in class artwork.
·Analyse and report on marketing data on a quarterly basis.
·Grow social media channels to reach new audiences.
·Engage with the social community and handle all queries on social channels.
·Research and monitor activity of company competitors.
