Description
Lead, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department
Work closely with senior management to align department goals with overall company objectives
Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive
Management of digital, creative,web development and PR agencies.
Oversee the design and delivery of online and offline campaigns to raise awareness of both the brand and all marketing activity.
Manage and mentor a dynamic marketing individual
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
Proven work experience in Marketing Management preferably in the leisure industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, e-marketing and content marketing.
Ability to think strategically and commercially
Exceptional leadership/management skills
An innovative and creative mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
