Futures are working with an award-winning FMCG business with a great portfolio of sporting goods products.

In recent years the business has achieved amazing YOY growth, specifically across international markets across Europe, US, Australia and rest of world. Due to this growth, the business is expanding and hiring for a Marketing Manager.

You will head up the marketing function for a market-leading brand. You will drive the marketing strategy as well as being hands on with brand management, product management and services across various channels including digital, social media, print, events, and sponsorships.

What will you be doing?

Digital Marketing - Manage all digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
Product Management - Work closely with the Product team to plan and execute successful NPD and EPD projects
Brand Management - Work closely with the Brand team to execute creative activations and promotions both in-store and online
Category Data and Analysis - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends, opportunities
Event Coordination: Work collaboratively to plan and executive product launches, trade shows and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and generate leads

What will you need?

3+ years' experience in marketing, including all the above aspects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Passion for the FMCG/Sporting space
Ambitious and keen to progress in your career!
Strong commercial acumen along with a creative edge
Ability to multi-task
