The role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong commercial and analytical acumen to lead and develop ANGOKA’s marketing function. Overseeing the daily activities in the team, you will plan and optimise our marketing, events and communication strategies to raise brand awareness and showcase our solutions, in order to effectively deliver business goals.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth, whilst advancing your learning and professional development. You will also have the rare opportunity to work on projects with technologies that are shaping the future, from cryptography and quantum resistant computing, to autonomous vehicles to drones.

What you will do

Drive marketing and events strategies to effectively promote ANGOKA and our solutions
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, content and communication initiatives
Oversee events marketing and events attendance, working with our Marketing and Events Executive to facilitate our presence at industry events
Manage the production of technical and non-technical content, collateral and materials
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape and deliver the right message, collateral and strategy for effective brand awareness
Analyse and report on marketing and events performance, applying changes and improvements where necessary
Manage and optimise our various channels (including our website, blog, and social media channels)
Closely monitor market and industry insights to aid strategy development and delivery
Support ANGOKA’s applications to events, awards and other commitments

What we are looking for

5+ years demonstrable experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally in the technology industry
Proven experience in creating and delivering marketing strategies, with knowledge of trends and best practices
Ability to independently lead and grow a marketing function in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrable experience in events marketing, and organising events
Educated to degree level in a relevant field (or equivalent)
Solid written, communication, and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail
Strong storytelling abilities and the understanding of what makes great copy
Experience with marketing tools and systems (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, WordPress)
Experience with marketing analytics and analytics tools
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally when required

Desirable

Adobe proficiency (InDesign and Photoshop)
