OA are currently supporting a well established & growing company in Welwyn Garden City who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. Within this role you will be responsible for enhancing the company’s digital presence & driving brand growth.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm

Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all internal & external resources
• Overseeing & managing the Marketing budget
• Leading marketing initiatives to grow our digital presence
• Create more inbound B2B Sales Leads, Increase more visitors to the website, to attract further talent for internal positions within the business
• Create & execute the marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the wider business, plan content delivery and social media outreach to increase followers & engagement
• Lead & manage all digital marketing activities including; content creation, email campaigns, leadership articles
• When required, attend networking events, business events as well as creating content for these
• Working closely with clients to promote alongside the business their brand
• Visit to other offices as/when required
• Reporting on a monthly basis to Directors and Senior Leadership Team
• Working towards a set of Key Performance Indicators for example 8 Social Media posts per month, 1 Leadership post per month
• Review of traffic through source to the website

Marketing Manager – Skills & Experience required:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/qualified chartered marketer
• Experience within a Marketing Manager position
• Experience in B2B marketing role
• Digital marketing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects as well as a team
• Knowledge & experience in Adobe, Canva, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics & CRM software
• Confident & dynamic personality
• Strong creative outlook
